May 13, 2015
Vancouver, British Columbia: Superior Mining International Corporation, (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, effective at the opening on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, trading in the securities of the Company was reinstated by the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) on the NEX. The trading symbol for the Company has changed from SUI to SUI.H. There is no change in the company's name, no change in its Cusip number and no consolidation of capital.
The Company’s shares were suspended from trading by the TSXV as a result of a Cease Trade Order issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission on December 9, 2014. On March 16, 2015, the cease trade order was lifted, at which time the Company made an application to the TSXV for reinstatement of trading. As the Company did not meet Tier 2 maintenance requirements, the Company was reinstated for trading on the NEX.
